HRK delivered the full design, fabrication, and installation of architectural glass and aluminum systems for the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Georgetown, Guyana, supporting both the building’s performance and its contemporary design.
The project included curtain wall facade systems, window systems, sliding doors, shower enclosures, and interior glass elements, all executed under international quality and performance standards.

Scope of Work
Curtain Wall Facade System: Design, supply, and installation of a structural aluminum facade system (Serie 60 – Alumina), incorporating high-performance double-glazed glass with solar control and thermal efficiency.
Window Systems: Installation of operable and fixed window systems (868 SABIATTO) with insulated Pilkington glass, providing strong thermal and acoustic performance.
Sliding Door Systems: Implementation of sliding door systems (model 86 SABIATTO) in multiple configurations, aligned with the architectural design of the hotel.
Shower Enclosures & Interior Glass: Supply and installation of tempered glass shower cabins, mirrors, and complementary interior glass elements, ensuring durability and refined finishes across all spaces.

Execution & Scale
The project included approximately 2,800 m² of installed glass systems, encompassing curtain wall facade, windows, doors, mirrors, shower enclosures, and other interior glass elements across guest rooms and common areas.
Delivered on schedule, the solution ensures long-term durability, energy efficiency, and operational reliability.
